1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of www.blueport.io and of PORTIA, our AI assistant (together, the "Site"), operated by Blueport I/O Pty Ltd ("Blueport", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The Site is informational

Content on the Site — including anything PORTIA says — is general information about our services. It is not consulting, legal, financial or other professional advice, and no client relationship is created by browsing the Site or chatting with PORTIA. Consulting services are provided only under a separately agreed engagement (for example a master services agreement and statement of work), and if those engagement terms conflict with these, the engagement terms prevail.

3. PORTIA — AI assistant

PORTIA's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors or omissions, and Blueport makes no representation that they are accurate, complete or current. Verify anything important with our team before relying on it.

Using PORTIA is optional; voice sessions start only when you activate the orb, and conversations are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
An enquiry is submitted to our team only when you confirm the on-screen summary. Submitting an enquiry is not a contract, quote or commitment by either party.
Don't use PORTIA to submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing content; don't share passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information; and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, extract prompts from, or misuse the assistant.
We may modify, suspend or withdraw PORTIA at any time without notice, and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use of the Site

You must not interfere with the Site's operation or security, scrape or harvest data from it, misrepresent your identity, or use the Site for spam or any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, product names (PORTIA, DOCGEN, USI, EAS, EAG, JB-CA, BETSTOP, ROUTEIQ, BEACON) and software — are owned by or licensed to Blueport and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share Site content for your own evaluation of our services; any other reproduction requires our written permission. Salesforce and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.; Blueport is an independent consulting partner, and references to third-party platforms don't imply their endorsement of this Site.

6. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party services (described in the Privacy Policy). We're not responsible for third-party content, terms or practices.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law — and without excluding any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded — the Site is provided "as is", and Blueport is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from reliance on Site content or PORTIA's responses, use of or inability to use the Site, or unauthorised access to transmissions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant information or service.

8. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version at this address; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: portia@blueport.io.
